Eglinton Park
Eglinton Park in Toronto is a large and active urban park, covering approximately 9 hectares, located on the west side of Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue West, and is managed by the City of Toronto.
The park includes several multi-purpose sports fields (such as soccer and other grass sports), 4 outdoor tennis courts, and 2 baseball/softball diamonds, with some of the tennis courts being converted into winter skating rinks in the winter.
The park also has children's playgrounds, a wading pool, and walking and hiking trails.
In addition to these outdoor spaces, the North Toronto Memorial Community Centre, located near the park, also offers indoor sports facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, and walking trails.
