Humber Arboretum
The Humber Arboretum, with its more than 100 hectares (250 acres) of themed gardens, walking trails, woodlands, meadows, wetlands and the Humber River, offers many opportunities for nature walks, hiking and cycling. In addition to outdoor recreation, educational programs, summer camps and self-guided activities are offered for individuals and families. It is more suited to nature connection and environmental education than to competitive sports, although walking and light physical activity are common along the trails.

How to book
- If you would like to register for camps, classes, guided tours or educational activities at the Arboretum, this is usually done via special forms on the Arboretum website or you will need to contact the management by email/phone to receive a link or registration details.
- To reserve the Centre for Urban Ecology or the covered spaces within the Arboretum for groups/events, you will need to submit a special Booking Inquiry form or contact the Arboretum by email/phone for advice on costs, times and booking conditions.

Access by public transit
Bus (TTC and other systems): Bus lines such as the 7, 22, 50, 107, 511, and 927 are routes that stop near the Arboretum. The closest stops include Humber College Stop #6951 and several stops at the Humber College North Campus Terminal, which are only about a 2-3 minute walk to the Arboretum.
Train (GO Transit): The closest train station is Etobicoke North GO, which is about a 15 minute walk.
