Jenner Jean-Marie Community Centre
The Jenner Jean-Marie Center offers free enrollment and open enrollment programs for residents. With approximately 12,000 square feet of space, the center includes a multi-purpose hall, gym, meeting rooms, kitchen, weight/fitness room, and lobby. In terms of sports, users are particularly interested in badminton and pickleball—indoor pickleball is available with two wooden courts and portable nets, although it requires a one-time fee. In addition, the center’s facilities and the adjacent park (R.V. Burgess Park) include a basketball court, community garden, children’s play area, and other recreational facilities that allow for a variety of sports and social activities. The center also offers educational, recreational, and movement programs specifically for youth, seniors, and families—such as art, dance, summer camps, youth programs, and athletics.
