Toronto District Christian High School is an independent Christian school that was founded in 1960 and currently has approximately 450 students in grades 9 to 12. The school has a significant athletic diversity, including school teams in volleyball, basketball, badminton, hockey, soccer, ultimate frisbee, and track and field. In addition to team sports, TDChristian has a wide range of extracurricular activities, including a Chess Club that provides opportunities for those interested. The complex also provides a warm and supportive environment with a focus on spiritual growth and experiential learning. Modern facilities such as a gymnasium, program hall, and learning center are also part of the educational infrastructure.

Programs & Activities

1. Athletic Classes and Activities

• School sports teams (Falcons) include volleyball, basketball, track and field, cross-country, soccer, and Ultimate Frisbee, and hockey (school athletics).
• Intramural Hockey League: Non-contact hockey league held every Friday and open to all students, coaches are on hand.

2. Physical Education and Education

• Physical education and movement science classes are offered, including "Healthy Active Living Education" (all grades 9-12), "Recreation and Healthy Active Living Leadership," and "Introductory Kinesiology."

3. Extracurricular and Arts Classes

• Numerous extracurricular clubs and activities: including music (choir, jazz band, praise team), drama, theater (Improv Club), eSports, and arts programs held during lunch or after school.
• eSports team joining the Ontario Federation of School Esports Associations (OFSEA).

How to make a reservation and schedule

1. Visit the Facility Rentals page on the school website to find out about available spaces to rent, such as the Gymnasium, Presentation Centre, Commons or classrooms.
2. Once you have selected a space, complete the Facility Rental Form. This form will include information such as your name, group or organisation, date and time required.
3. The rental fee includes a base fee of $100 plus an hourly rate; you can also request special equipment (such as sound, lighting, cake, use of the kitchen, etc.).
4. Once the form has been submitted and reviewed by school staff, a final contract will be drawn up and your booking will be confirmed.
