How to book

1. First, go to the “Online Registration & Booking” section of the Toronto website and create an account. You will need an active email address to do this; after entering your information, your account will be activated.
2. After activating your account, go to the Bookings or Book a Facility Online section to display a list of bookable facilities.
3. Search for the name or type of venue you are interested in (for example, Withrow Park or sports field, picnic area). Then select the date and time you want to book.
4. Bookable times are usually selectable in the form of specific time slots. You will need to enter information such as the name of the event, number of people, type of use and other details, and then accept the terms and conditions.
5. If you are required to pay (depending on the type of space and duration), after selecting a time and confirming the details, you can make the payment online with a credit card.
