York Stadium is located on the campus of York University and is suitable for football, soccer, rugby and other sports, although its official name and management are known in official sources as "York Lions Stadium".

Originally built for the 2015 Pan Am and Parapan Am Games, it now hosts university teams and various sporting events.

The playing field has international standard artificial turf and can accommodate thousands of spectators, as well as the ability to be covered with an air-filled structure for use in cold weather.

• Changing Rooms/Showers: Team changing rooms are located backstage for two teams and usually include showers and athlete preparation facilities.

How to book

To reserve York Stadium in Toronto, you must first log in to the City of Toronto Parks & Recreation reservation system and create an account in the Online Registration & Booking section, then search and select the type of sports field/stadium, desired date and time period, and complete the online payment process.

To get there by public transportation, you can take the Yonge–University / Spadina subway line and get off at Pioneer Village station, then take the bus/walk; this is one of the closest stations to the York campus.
