The Menai Indoor Sports Centre is a multi-purpose indoor sports complex located in Menai, north of Sydney, Australia. It is operated by Sutherland Shire Council. It is designed to be open for extended hours (e.g. 9:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday). The main facilities include an indoor court, spectator seating, a performance room and changing rooms. The centre offers a range of facilities for clubs, associations and school programmes and is an excellent venue for training, competitions and recreational activities. The range of sports available includes:

Programs & Activities

1. Adult Basketball League: For example, the Monday Night Men’s Competition is held at the Menai Dragons Basketball Club.
2. Netball leagues and competitions at various levels (junior, senior, mixed) are held at the Menai Indoor Netball Centre.
3. The Ready Steady Go Kids programme for children (younger ages) which includes multi-sport classes (e.g. football, tennis, hockey, rugby, basketball, etc.) is held at the centre.
4. Karate classes for children, teenagers and adults (e.g. Ishinryu Karate and Bushido Reiryoku Kan) are also available at the complex.
5. Group ‘Physical Activity for Adults’ classes are also offered at the centre through programmes such as Active 4 Health.
