How to book

  1. Reservations are not required for everyday uses such as open play, walking or public sports — the park is open to the public.
  2. If you need exclusive use of a section of the park (e.g. a designated picnic table, playground for an event, or a crowd of more than 25 people), you will need to obtain a permit.
  3. Start through the City of Toronto’s online reservation system: go to the “Online Registration & Booking” section, create an account, then search for the space you want (e.g. sports field or picnic area) under “Bookings” and select a date/time.
  4. Once your reservation is confirmed, the applicable fees (if applicable) must be paid and a final permit will be issued, which you must bring with you.

  • Use the TTC bus/trolley stops that are located around Ourland Ave and adjacent streets.
  • The closest subway stations are on the Bloor-Danforth Line (Line 2) which is relatively accessible, but you will usually need to use the TTC subway to bus transfer to get to the park and take the shuttle bus to Ourland Ave.
