The Morris Ima Indoor Sports Centre (MIISC) is a modern indoor sports centre in Riverwood, Sydney, operated by the City of Canterbury Bankstown. With two large sports fields that can be divided into four halves, the complex offers great flexibility for hosting a variety of sports and recreational activities. In addition to competitive sports, there are also multi-purpose spaces for children's programs, birthdays, yoga classes, martial arts and more. 1. MIISC Super 7’s Netball Competition: Open women’s league in a 7-a-side format, held every Wednesday from 6pm to 9pm.
2. St George & Sutherland Shire Table Tennis Competition: Social table tennis competition held every Tuesday (from around 6.30pm to 10pm) at the centre.
3. Riverwood Pickleball Club: Social pickleball club with weekly meetings, e.g. Tuesday 2.30pm-5pm, Wednesday 9am-10.30am, Sunday 12pm-3.30pm.
4. St George Basketball Association: Basketball league held every Tuesday from 5pm-10pm at the centre.
5. Little Boomers Basketball: Basketball training program for children aged 3-12, various days of the week.
6. Martial Arts Sports Academy: Martial arts classes, Mondays and Wednesdays from 5pm-6pm.
7. Brazilian Football Academy: Brazilian football academy for boys and girls, Mondays from 5.30pm-7.30pm.
8. Active Adults – Over 55’s: Gentle exercise class for adults over 55, Mondays and Thursdays 10:30-11:30am (free).
9. Dance Fit Sydney: Low-intensity dance fitness class for seniors, Wednesday mornings.
10. Zumba Gold: Low-intensity Zumba class for beginners, Fridays 10-11am.
11. Little Kickers: Soccer class for children aged 18 months to 5 years, Sunday mornings.
