Birchmount Community Centre is a multi-purpose centre in the Scarborough area of Toronto, which offers a variety of programs and services in partnership with the Birchmount Bluffs Neighbourhood Centre. The complex features a heated leisure pool, large slide, children's shallow area and sauna. There is a family/public changing room and accessibility facilities for people with special needs at the complex. Skating programs are also held at the Scarborough Gardens Arena.

• Accessibility and Special Amenities: 6 free parking spaces, restrooms on all floors, two mobile water chairs, pool ramp, elevator, automatic gates at some doors, TTC or sidewalk access to entrance.
• Pool and Outdoor Water: Includes a leisure pool with heated section, slide, children’s shallow section and sauna, water features on all floors.
• General Amenities: Family changing rooms, barrier-free showers, staffed reception desk, wheelchair-accessible interior and exterior walkways, kitchen access in programs only.

How to book

To reserve a time and schedule, call the center or 311 for detailed access information and available programs. Reservations include use of the pool, educational classes and sports activities. Family and group programs can also be booked online or by phone. It is recommended to make arrangements with the center in advance to ensure accessibility and special needs.
