How to book

1. For city-owned stadiums — including Lamport — you must apply through the “Stadiums” section of the City of Toronto website or by calling the dedicated “Client Services – Stadium Bookings” hotline at 416-396-7378 (option 2).
2. If it is a one-time, short-term (e.g., practice, friendly, or recreational game) — you can use the “Online Booking” system; reservations are available from 14 days to 3 days prior to the desired date.
3. If you are booking for a longer period or league/series (seasonal booking) — you must submit a “Seasonal Request for Space” form + group/team information + list of participants + organization details (if a group).
4. After submitting your request or online reservation, you must pay the applicable fee; liability insurance may also be required for official/public use.
5. In the case of a special event, tournament, or program with a large number of participants — an additional special event permit may be required.
