Paramount Ice Complex has two locations in North York and Thornhill and offers a full range of educational and recreational ice programs. The facility features 4 rinks of varying sizes suitable for programs such as hockey, figure skating and events. A variety of seasonal camps are available including Summer Camps, March Break Camps, PA Day Camps and Passover Camps for various levels (LEARN, TRAIN, ELITE).

Programs & Activities

1. Classes and Active Programs

• LEARN to Skate: Weekly classes for beginners (ages 2-12) focusing on balance, posture, gliding and stepping. Instructor to student ratio is 4:1.
• LEARN to Play Hockey and LEARN to Figure Skate: Group-based instructional programs for beginning hockey and figure skating for younger ages.
• Adult Co-ed Learn to Skate: Weekly classes for adults at the beginner level to learn basic skating skills.
• Private Lessons: One-on-one or semi-private lessons to learn to skate or hack, tailored to the student’s level and needs.

2. Camps, Camps and Seasonal Classes

• Camps: Includes LEARN / TRAIN / ELITE during Summer, March Break, Passover and PA Day.
• Multi Sport Camp: 5-day camp with a variety of activities including basketball, skating, hockey, soccer, baseball and bodybuilding – suitable for ages 5-13.
• Hockey Development Camps: Intensive camps focusing on technical hockey skills including power skating, puck control, passing, shooting, defensive/offensive tactics along with off-ice activities such as mini-stick, soccer and dryland training.

3. Other Leagues and Activities
