The Toronto Argonauts, officially the Toronto Argonaut Football Club, is a professional Canadian football team based in Toronto, Ontario. The team plays in the Canadian Football League (CFL), the Eastern Division. The Toronto Argonauts play at BMO Field and were previously based at the Rogers Centre. The team competes in the sport of "Canadian football"—a variation of American football with different rules and field dimensions—and has won the Grey Cup 19 times.

Programs & Activities

1. Toronto Flag Football League (TFFL): A non-contact flag football league for all ages and skill levels; the Argonauts have joined the league and are taking advantage of features such as jersey branding, player/legend appearances, educational clinics and alignment with the Huddle Up anti-bullying program.
2. Youth Football Clinic: A one-day (non-contact) program for youth ages 12-17, featuring speed, strength, specialized drills by Argus players, t-shirt provision and even game tickets.
3. Argo Recess / Generation A School Program: Argus teams visit schools to engage children with football and physical sports activities during recess. Along with programs such as the Generation A Club and Generation A Cheerleaders to create an interactive and fun experience.
4. Huddle Up Anti-Bullying Program: A popular educational program in GTA schools, implemented by players and team members, reaching over half a million students to date.
5. Participation in gender-based violence prevention programs: The Toronto Argonauts collaborate with other CFL teams on projects like Coaching Boys into Men, which promotes respect, healthy behaviors and positive relationships through sports and coaching.

Key Features & Amenities

• Locker Rooms and Rest Rooms: A dedicated players’ lounge measuring approximately 10,000 square feet on the east side and a guest locker room measuring approximately 6,000 square feet on the west side (provides --).
• Amenities and Game Services: Includes amenities such as a whiteboard for coaches, outlets for players’ electronic devices, and a combination of natural grass and artificial end zones.
• Lighting and Roofing: Over 500 lights will be installed in the roof to replace the white lighting system installed on the towers. A Premier League-style roof has also been added to the permanent stands.
• New Amenities (Future): Upgrades include four new video boards, improved sound system, advanced lighting, a self-serve coffee shop, upgraded Wi-Fi, a better kitchen, and a 1,000-person rooftop patio planned in preparation for the 2026 World Cup.
• Public and accessible amenities: BMO Field has an elevator, wheelchair accessible seating, family restrooms, and special needs parking.
