Toronto Ultimate Club

Toronto Ultimate Club (TUC) is one of the largest and oldest Ultimate Frisbee clubs in Canada, located in Toronto. The club was founded in 1979 and has over 3,500 members. TUC runs leagues for all ages and skill levels and organizes events such as tournaments, skills clinics and friendly games throughout the year. The club aims to promote the “Spirit of the Game” along with healthy competition and player skill development.

Programs & Activities

1. Summer Leagues: Held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. These leagues feature a variety of competitions including competitive, recreational and family leagues. For more information and to register, please visit the Adult Summer Leagues page.
2. Winter Leagues: During the colder months, indoor leagues are held at venues such as Monarch Park and Lakeshore Collegiate Dome. These leagues feature a variety of competitions that run Monday through Sunday. For more information, please visit the Adult Winter Leagues page.

• Sunnybrook Park: Includes grass fields for ultimatum and rugby, with access to public transport and parking.
• Canoe Landing Park: Artificial turf field with easy access from subway and streetcar stations, and limited parking.
• Eglinton Flats Park: Grass fields with parking facilities and access to public transport.
• Upper Canada College: Artificial turf field with access to school facilities and parking.
• Locker rooms and restrooms: Available at some fields such as Lamport Stadium and Sunnybrook Park.
• Parking: Available at most fields such as Canoe Landing Park and Eglinton Flats Park.

1. TUC Membership: Before registering for leagues and programs, you must become an official member of the club. To do this, visit the TUC Membership page and follow the registration steps.
2. Create a User Profile: After joining, you must create a user profile on the TUC site. This profile is required to register for leagues and programs. Profile creation instructions are available on the Registration Guide page.
3. Select the desired league or program: After creating your profile, you can select the league or program you want to play in. To view and register for different leagues, visit the Summer Adult Leagues or Fall Adult Leagues page.
4. Register for a league or program: For each league or program, there is a specific registration link. For example, for the Dushanbe East Adult League, you can use the Team Registration link or Individual Registration link. Registration links are available on the page for each league.
5. Complete a Liability Release Form: Before you can take the field, you must complete a Liability Release Form. This form is required for all players and must be signed before the game begins. More information is available on the TUC Membership page.
