Burnaby Lake Sports Complex West in Burnaby, British Columbia is one of the region's premier sports facilities. It features five artificial turf fields with lighting designed for a variety of sports, including soccer, field hockey, lacrosse, American football, and flag football. There are also two practice fields for players to warm up.

The complex is particularly important for soccer. The two main fields (Field 1 and Field 5) are designed specifically for soccer. In addition, the complex is home to the semi-professional soccer team Burnaby FC. The team competes in the British Columbia League1 and is ranked fourth (men's team) and eighth (women's team) in the 2025 season.

• Soccer Basics: Classes for adults 19 and older, held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The cost per class is $108.13 CAD.
• Soccer: Teams compete and practice on the complex’s artificial turf fields.
• Field Hockey: Teams compete and practice on the field.
• Field Lacrosse: Teams compete and practice on the field.
• Flag Football: Teams compete and practice on the field.
• Touch Football: Teams compete and practice on the field.
