Various events, including gymnastics classes and basketball clinics, utilize a variety of equipment, including trampolines, bars, balance boards, and a small rock climbing wall. These events are open to UBC students, staff, and local residents and are free of charge.

OSB1 203: A classroom with a capacity of 68 people, equipped with a whiteboard, wireless microphone, projector, flat screen, document camera and media recording system.

OSB1 A (Sports Hall): With a capacity of 442 people, this space is designed to host large educational and sporting events.
