Life After Sport
The “Life After Sport” program is a specialized counseling program that helps professional and national athletes successfully transition from sports. The program is specifically designed for athletes whose identities are strongly linked to sports and who are now facing identity, social, and professional challenges. The counseling services of this program are provided individually and with a non-judgmental approach. The clients of this program come from various sports disciplines, both individual and team, and from professional and national levels. The main goal of this program is to help athletes redefine their identity, manage the emotions of retirement, and find new paths in life.
