How to reserve a collection

• Online Reservations via the City of Toronto’s New System: The City of Toronto is launching a new system for online registration of recreational programs, space reservations and membership purchases on November 6, 2024. To use this system, you must first create a new account. Once logged in, you can search for programs, reserve spaces or purchase various memberships.
• Reservations by Phone: To make a reservation by phone, you can call 416-338-0000. This phone line is available from 7 a.m. to midnight. After the registration start date, you can call 416-338-4386.
• In-Centre Reservations: You can also visit the Falstaff Community Centre located at 50 Falstaff Ave, Toronto, ON M6L 2C7 to make your reservation. It is recommended that you call the center before visiting in person to confirm opening hours and space availability.
• Reservations for Pickleball Activities: To reserve pickleball courts at the complex, you can use the Pickleheads website. The website provides information on courts, free play sessions, reservations, lessons, and weather conditions.
