Brockton Stadium in Toronto

Brockton Stadium, the "home" of SportingFC, is located at the intersection of Dufferin and Bloor in Toronto. It is open for outdoor sports from April to October and features a standard-sized natural grass field. The primary sport offered at the facility is soccer, as the field is owned by Sporting FC's youth and soccer training club.

Many of the club's classes and teams practice and compete here, and the field is maintained to a high standard. During the winter, the club's programs continue at another indoor facility, the Hangar at Downsview, but Brockton Stadium is exclusively for outdoor summer soccer.

Programs & Activities

Programs Active at Brockton Stadium:

1. REP Program

2. Men’s Competitive Program

  • Two practices per week (one field, one video analysis) plus game participation
  • Held at Brockton Stadium or Wadsworth Park
  • Summer schedule, approximately May–September


3. Nike Soccer Camp (Summer camp in partnership with SportingCP)

  • Full-day summer camp (9:30–16:00) for ages 7–15
  • Includes technical skills, excellent supervision, low coach-to-player ratio


4. Winter REP Program

  • Runs from October to April, with practices at Brockton Stadium and Hangar
  • U10 age groups (2014) in GTISL format with 7-on-7 play


5. CircleK 2v2 Festival

  • 2v2 event for U8–U11 kids, includes festival, prizes, activities
  • Hosts small-sized, one-on-one competition for kids and families


How to book, costs, capacity and schedules

Activity Schedule

  • Working Season: Field is open from April to October
  • Competitive Programs (e.g. REP and Men’s Program):
  • REP Program: 4 training sessions per week (3 grass + 1 video analysis session), from May 5 to September 26, with exact timing depending on age group
  • Men’s Program (Men’s OSL): 2 training sessions per week (1 grass + 1 video), with games on Friday/Saturday, from May 9 to September 24


Online Reservations and Registration Capacity

  • Online registration via the SportsEngine platform is mandatory for competitive programs and camps
  • Tuition Payment: via SportsEngine or in person (cash, credit or debit card)
  • Capacity is limited and registration is opened on a “first come, first served” basis, especially for summer camps


Court Reservation Time Details for Other Clubs

  • Court reservation times start in 115-minute blocks (e.g. (The scheduled time starts and must be vacated 5 minutes before the end)
  • These packages are for teams and groups renting the field; not for the club's own internal programs.

When can the pitch be rented or used?

The pitch is open from April to October and is open during the day and evening, depending on the club’s training and league schedule or team reservations.


What specific rules must be followed?

  • No animals or extra items such as food, gum or glass are allowed on the pitch.
  • Only players, coaches and referees are allowed on the pitch; spectators must remain in the stands.
  • Tobacco, alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited.
  • Teams are required to leave the pitch, changing rooms and toilets clean after use; failure to do so will result in a fine, cancellation of the rental or loss of the right to reserve.
