Online general facility reservations (One-Time Booking): If you are booking a facility for a single day (such as a meeting, party, use of the gym or pool), use the One-Time Booking option, and gym, pool, or field reservations must be made between 2 and 14 days in advance. For example, programmable gyms are booked between 14 and 3 days in advance of the event.
  3. Seasonal & League Booking: For regular, recurring activities such as leagues, weekly practices, or long-term sessions, you should use the Seasonal & League Booking option, which includes reserving the gym, pool, or field for the entire season or specific time periods.
  4. Reservations require an initial deposit: For single-day reservations at recreational or community centers, please note that a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is usually due at least 3 weeks prior to the event.
