XTSC - Extreme Toronto Sports Club

Extreme Toronto Sports Club (XTSC) is a non-profit sports organization in Toronto, founded in 2004, with the goal of reviving the excitement and excitement of urban sports. The club offers recreational and professional leagues for adults and youth, and is committed to providing an affordable, offside-free, and highly disciplined environment.

The program includes soccer competitions on various types of artificial turf, natural turf, and indoor fields, field volleyball, field hockey, and activities such as Ultimate are also offered in some programs.


Programs & Activities

  • Outdoor Soccer offered in the spring, summer and fall seasons in accessible areas of Toronto (e.g. Downtown, North York, Scarborough, etc.).
  • Formats: 6s, 7s, 9s and 11s leagues, in men's, women's and co-ed divisions.
  • Leagues feature official refereeing, end-of-season tournaments, championship trophies, and high-quality, real goal posts.
  • Annual volleyball leagues offered in the fall, winter and spring.
  • Floor Hockey leagues for adults are available in recreational-competitive settings.
  • Soccer skill development and coaching sessions, including clinics, are also available.


Key Features & Amenities

  • Over 50 venues include: natural and artificial grass stadiums, hard and turf sports halls. Some of the prominent grounds include Alexmuir Park (grass), Bedford Park (turf), Monarch Park Stadium (turf) and Lamport Stadium (turf).
  • They are equipped with suitable systems for evening games and cold seasons.
  • Many grounds (such as Lamport and Monarch Park) have changing rooms and toilets.
  • Some of the grounds have parking or access from public parking.
  • For indoor fields such as turf and volleyball/hockey halls, suitable ventilation and heating systems are considered.
  • The club's online store offers equipment such as footballs, volleyballs, squash rackets, championship t-shirts and ....
  • Official matches are played with professional referees; a training coach is also present in football and volleyball leagues.
  • Fields such as Lamport and Monarch Park usually have seating for spectators. Most fields are located in parks and have access to green space.



Reservation and scheduling of the collection

1. Create an account: First, visit the official website (section "Register for Sports Leagues" or "Registration Events") and create an account.


2. Select the desired program or league:

After logging in, the "Registration Events List" page will appear with options such as:

Soccer Clinics (e.g. Lamport August - Summer 2025)

Outdoor Soccer (Tuff 7s Lamport, Cherry Beach, Regent Park, etc.)

Indoor Volleyball Fall or Spring Seasons


3. Team Registration or Individual Game (Free Agent): It is possible to register as a team or register as an individual to join other teams.


Payment of Fees and Acceptance of Legal Form: Registration fees are visible on the same payment form and registration is complete by registering it and accepting4. the waiver form.


Receive Schedule and Schedule: If your registration is complete and forms are accepted, you will receive an email about a week before the league starts with the5. time,location, and team or lineup (for Free Agents).


View and follow games: After logging in, go to the “My Games” section to view the game schedule, team stats, and related information. If there is a change in time or6. location, both your email and My Games page will be notified, and an announcement will be made via social media.

What do I need to do after registering?

Once you have registered, paid, and accepted the online waiver, you will receive an email one week before the league begins with the location, schedule, and team assignment (for Free Agents).


Do we play in grass leagues? How is the location determined?

Yes, the location is your choice, but in some cases, the closest alternative may be considered for time or team alignment.
